A beautiful, private clubhouse offers Zocalo residents a center point of recreation and connection. Legorreta created a dramatic space that serves as a showcase for Zocalo’s signature design. The 5,700 square-foot clubhouse offers a grand foyer entry with fireplace, fitness center, swimming pool, spa/jaccuzzi, club room, conference room and catering kitchen. There is a beautiful fountain patio and a scenic walking trail.

On the north end of Zocalo is a fitness center and large outdoor patio space which is scheduled for completion by May 2015.  The added amenity will give residents on the north end a more convenient option for community gatherings and exercise.
