Village 8
Saving the best for last, Village 8 is the premier phase for Zocalo offering the largest and most secluded units. With the challenging topography, the units will be built into the hillsides and offer the most spectacular views in all of Zocalo. Village 8 will have 54 units, and offer the largest units in all of Zocalo, the Puerta. The units will be built in a series of five different pods, with units coming to market by the end of 2015. Ranging in square footage from 1,950 to 3,000 square feet, Village 8 will offer the premier residences in Zocalo. The Puerta units are a duplex type unit and there are 17 planned units. There will be 37 Sonora units built in a series of six different buildings along Avenida Rincon.
Zamara
The Zamara is spacious and elegant from the front courtyard to the open layout of the kitchen, living room and dining room areas. The living room and dining room are filled with lots of natural light from the wall of windows and patio doors leading to the full length patio. Puerta
