The Community
The community at Zocalo shares an admiration of great architecture in a location that is beautiful, convenient, and accessible. Legorreta designed Zocalo as casita-styled condominiums clustered around small plazas, or zocalos, that offer defined neighborhoods. This unique design, available at an accessible price point, lends itself naturally to a community of residents that value their surroundings and their neighbors. A range of floor plans provides lifestyle choices that appeal to a broad range of individuals. Each design reflects Legorreta’s signature style of assembling color, light, and space in a manner that presents a spacious and inspired design. The accessible price point at Zocalo offers incredible value for full-time residents or part-time residents.
The Zocalo community is nestled within the steep slopes of northwest Santa Fe on approximately 46.5 acres. Five Phases will complete this unique condominium community that will offer a total of 320 residences. Following the city of Santa Fe’s inclusionary zoning policy, the developers have reserved 11 percent of the units for affordable and workforce housing. The community of Zocalo is a combination of full-time and part-time residents that include second homeowners, working professionals from Santa Fe and Los Alamos, and families with children.
